At our New Port Richey, we have 4 different treatment options, depending on the amount of care you need. We offer an inpatient treatment program, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient treatment (OP). If you’re not sure which program is right for you, that’s okay. If you get started and realize you need more or less support, you can switch to a different level of care.
Inpatient care provides you with 24/7 access to clinical services and peer support. During an inpatient stay, you’ll be free to focus entirely on your treatment without the distractions of daily life or the triggers that might lead to a return to use.
Our world-class clinical staff is prepared to treat people in the earliest stages of recovery, as well as people who need support while they figure out the next chapter of their journey. We’ll empower you to manage your SUD as well as any co-occurring mental health conditions through a combination of medical detox, individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and other holistic services.
OP is a great option if you’re looking for long-term, consistent support throughout recovery. You’ll have access to a dedicated team who will empower you with the skills to make healthy decisions and avoid a return to use. We’ll provide you with group therapy, individual therapy, and medication management options.
You and your family will benefit from education and ongoing support from Real Recovery. We’ll tailor your specific treatment plan to meet your needs. We’ll also adjust your plan as those needs change and you begin to meet your goals at different stages of recovery.
With IOP at our New Port Richey location, you have more treatment than traditional therapy without having to commit the majority of your day to treatment. During IOP, you’ll benefit from the values of 12-step programming while utilizing other relevant techniques for treatment.
At Real Recovery, we know that having family support makes a difference throughout recovery. That’s why we prioritize family therapy options, which will empower you and your family to get a better understanding of your condition. Your family will learn what steps you can take as a unit to succeed in a lifetime of recovery.
This level of care provides you with a safe, welcoming environment for intensive treatment during the day while enabling you to spend your nights at your own home. PHP is ideal for many patients who have just completed an inpatient program but still need support while transitioning to outpatient treatment.
Our PHP has full-day and half-day options, allowing you to make this program work for you and your schedule. You’ll participate in 12-step focused group therapy programming and other evidence-based treatment modalities when you’re here. Plus, you’ll have access to additional opportunities, including nutritional counseling, yoga, and other exercises.
If you’re living with SUD, you likely have another mental health condition. Whether you’re taking substances in an attempt to self-medicate or you’re finding that SUD worsens your symptoms, it’s important to treat both conditions. This is a fundamental part of ensuring a smooth recovery that lasts for years to come.
“Dual diagnosis” is the term we use to describe two co-occurring conditions. During treatment, you’ll work with clinical staff to address both conditions simultaneously. You’ll work to identify how these conditions impact your thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.
