Information for Current Residents Information for Current Residents Program Fees & Reminders Residents please keep in mind that your program fee of $800 is due every first business day of the month. Residents are responsible for paying the $150 one-time administration fee when you move in. Real Recovery does not provide refunds, take deposits, or accept cash payments. We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to theft of any kind, including food. Residents who steal will be terminated and discharged from the program immediately. Each apartment or townhome is fully furnished including modern appliances, décor, and furniture; residents are required to pay for their own daily essentials like cleaning supplies, groceries, laundry items, transportation, etc. We are not a hospital or medical center, we do not accept medical insurance.
