At Real Recovery, we consider ourselves a family. Our staff is hand-picked based on their personal experiences and successes with similar structure-oriented programs. Sometimes we have staff members that have graduated from our program and are looking to grow and mentor peers within the community they have learned from.
We all have unique skill sets that we utilize in a variety of ways whether it be home operations, resident relations, recovery community outreach, and more. We are all available to answer questions or provide resources to residents, families, and friends of people looking for recovery.

No two clients arrive with the same story, which is why we do not use a one-size-fits-all plan. Real Recovery Solutions offers five coordinated levels of care so that support can match where you are and grow with you as you change. Many clients also use our sober living homes for up to a year, which gives them time and structure to practice what they learn.
Here is how the main levels of care fit together:
From your first contact, our team looks at your substance use history, mental health, and daily responsibilities, then recommends a starting point. For clients in Clearwater, having all of these levels close by in St. Petersburg and the larger Tampa Bay area means you can stay connected to your local support system while still getting serious help.
Detox is often the first big step, and trying to handle it alone at home can be uncomfortable and risky. At Real Recovery Solutions, medical staff monitor you around the clock, manage withdrawal symptoms, and respond quickly if anything changes.
For clients from Clearwater and surrounding communities, supervised detox at our St. Petersburg facility can:
Once detox is complete, our clinical and case management teams work with you on a plan for inpatient, PHP, or IOP so that momentum is not lost.
Addiction rarely shows up in a single, simple form. You might be using several substances, have a history of trauma or mental health issues, or be dealing with legal and financial stress on top of everything else. Real Recovery Solutions looks at the whole picture and then builds a plan that fits you.
Each plan is tailored to the individual, but the core goal is the same for every client: a life that no longer revolves around getting, using, or recovering from substances.
Heroin addiction affects the body, mind, and relationships all at once. At Real Recovery Solutions, we take it seriously and address it directly. Treatment often includes:
Clients from Clearwater use this program to move from constant crisis to a more stable, predictable life, with ongoing support through PHP, IOP, OP, and sober living.
Fentanyl is powerful and unpredictable, and it is involved in many overdose deaths in Florida, even as overall numbers begin to come down. Asking for help is a critical step toward staying alive and building something better.
Our fentanyl program includes:
Clients learn how to move away from people, places, and routines that keep fentanyl in their lives and toward a community that supports recovery.
Cocaine use can shift from casual to compulsive faster than many people expect. Missed work, money problems, relationship conflict, and mental health symptoms often follow.
In our cocaine treatment program, we focus on:
Clearwater clients who attend treatment in St. Petersburg gain both practical tools and a network of people who understand the pull of cocaine and are committed to staying away from it.
Meth addiction can lead to serious physical and mental health problems, as well as deep exhaustion and isolation. We approach meth recovery with structure and clear expectations, paired with compassion and support.
Meth addiction treatment may include:
Clients from Clearwater work with our team to rebuild confidence and create a straightforward plan for staying off meth long term.
Medications like Xanax, Klonopin, and Ativan are often prescribed to help with anxiety or sleep. Over time, they can create dependence that is physically and emotionally difficult to manage alone.
Our benzodiazepine program offers:
For Clearwater residents, this is a chance to step out of quiet dependence and into a plan that supports both mental health and sobriety.
In a beach and nightlife culture like Tampa Bay, heavy drinking can be easy to overlook until problems pile up. Our alcohol treatment program is built to cut through excuses and help clients look honestly at their drinking and its impact.
We work with clients from Clearwater to:
The focus is on accountability and growth, not shame. The goal is a life worth staying sober for, one day at a time.
Recovery is easier when practical safety tools are available. Clearwater residents can access several harm reduction and support resources in Pinellas County.
🏥 Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County Naloxone Program The Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County offers free naloxone (Narcan) kits to people at risk of overdose, their loved ones, and others who might witness an overdose. Residents can contact the department or visit designated locations to learn how to use naloxone and pick up kits at no cost.
🏥 Statewide Overdose Prevention and Naloxone Training Florida’s Overdose Prevention Program offers overdose recognition and response training, along with free naloxone kits, to individuals who may experience or witness an opioid overdose.
🏥 Pinellas County Opioid Abatement Initiatives Through the Opioid Abatement Settlement funding, Pinellas County is investing in addiction education, treatment, and related services to reduce overdose deaths and support long-term recovery for residents, including those in Clearwater.
These services can help keep people alive and safer while they consider treatment or wait for a spot to open.
Addiction often comes with financial stress, unstable housing, or trouble keeping food on the table. Getting help in these areas can make it much easier to focus on recovery.
If you decide to seek treatment at Real Recovery Solutions, our case managers can help you connect with these and other community services so that your basic needs are supported while you focus on getting clean.
Finally a sober living that is about helping people on the road to recovery, that adheres to a set of strict standards to ensure the comfort and safety of the clients over an extra dollar being made. These guys practice integrity in an industry riddled with greed. They take sobriety very seriously and operate with professionalism.
I have struggled for many years with a debilitating case of untreated alcoholism , until I made the life changing decision to come to Real Recovery St.Pete. With the support of staff, and residents alike, I am still sober sober 13 months later. I can not say enough good things about this place! Thank you Real Recovery!
I have been to other Sober Living houses and Real Recovery is the best. They drug test to keep people honest. They make sure clients are responsible and clean their house. The House Managers are awesome. If you are serious about recovery this is a great place to live. Several meetings on site.
Real Recovery is the best choice in all regards. Their facilities are amazing, the amount of work and money the owner puts into his properties is unmatched. The programs they have are also the best. House managers are also super involved, go to the same meetings and know what is going on with the clients.
I recently moved into Real Recovery and I have been very impressed! I came from a sober living situation in St. Pete but moved back home to Bradenton. If you are looking for a clean, sober living environment - this is it! Mark is a very open and relatable person to talk to. The men here are open, eager to help, and make you feel welcome.
I been in Real Recovery of Tampa for a month now and it was by far the best decision I ever made after completing 30 days of inpatient rehab at Turning Point. RR is teaching me how important it is to make friends in recovery and to get out of my comfort zone. Thank you to for welcoming and helping me on this journey in recovery.
